Feel Good Connecting Parents

A perfect way to spend an afternoon!

I was invited along to the Connecting Parents Pamper Session at Bell Green Family Hub by Andrea from Grapevine Coventry and Warwickshire.

I shared the Feel Good story with the ladies and showed them some ways to Feel Good through creativity and positive affirmations. As you can see from the photos our creations definitely hit the brief!

We had a lovely relaxing morning making new friends, trying out beauty treatments and drinking tea!
