My sis and I chat candidly about life for Radio 4’s BBC Listening Project.
A HUGE thanks to Siobhan Harrison from BBC Coventry & Warwickshire Radio for asking us to be part of the project. It was a truly amazing experience and we now have this memory to keep looking back on. Tune in and listen to us talk about having a sister with the same name, illness, being a carer, #feelgoodcom, doodling and wild swimming.
What is the listening project?
The Listening Project is a partnership between BBC Radio 4, BBC local and national radio stations, and the British Library.
Capturing the nation in conversation
Since 2012 they have been collecting intimate conversations between friends or relatives, to build a unique picture of our lives today. They have collected over a thousand so far, and most will be broadcast across BBC radio, while all are archived by the British Library, preserving them for future generations.
